Made from whole Tempranillo grapes using the carbonic maceration method (in which the whole cluster is tipped into the fermentation tanks) with which surprising results can be obtained, with wines which are full of aromas and character.
Fermented at controlled temperatures.
TASTING NOTES
Black cherry colour with purple hues, resulting from the method used to produce it.
Clear and bright sheen. Long on the nose with outstanding aromas of fruit and blossom, particularly those aromas which are typical of the variety and those produced in the vinification process.
A balanced, well-structured palate with pleasant mouth-feel.
Long retronasal finish with a return of the primary aromas with hints of liquorice coming through.
