Entirely made from Tempranillo grapes, picked in the second half of October.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures (always kept below 25º) so as to get the best of the primary aromas and the typical characteristics of the variety.
TASTING NOTES
In appearance it has dark cherry hues with violet glints which are the sign of its youthfulness. Clear and bright.
Very intense aromas with red-berry fruit and flowers to the fore, with a slight hint of the grassy aromas which are typical of Tempranillo.
In the mouth it surprises you with its great balance and excellent evolution on the palate. A long, aromatic aftertaste, full of floral and fruity nuances.
