Made from mainly Viura grapes and a small proportion of Malvasía.
Controlled fermentation at a temperature of around 16º so as to preserve the fruitiness which these two varieties of grape provide. Natural stabilisation prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Straw-yellow colour with a greenish rim denoting its youth. An intense nose with reminders of fruit and blossom. Hints of white flowers and citrus fruit and apricot. The attack is light with a crisp, sharp reminder of citrus fruit. A long, balanced aftertaste.
